About us
The Women’s Congress in Brussels takes place once a year, but we — Polish women in Brussels — are active all year round.
We come from different backgrounds and work in different professions, but we are united by our commitment to women’s issues and women’s rights. We create a space for conversation, cooperation and action — in Brussels, in Belgium and in connection with Poland.
We are active all year round
We talk
We discuss issues affecting women — including with people from public and political life.
We share knowledge
We cooperate with Belgian women’s organisations and help spread knowledge about women’s rights.
We speak out
When needed, we stand up for women’s rights through demonstrations, happenings and civic actions.
We support one another
We build networks of connection and solidarity — among ourselves and with other women.

The Women’s Congress in Brussels is organised by the Polish feminist association Elles sans Frontières ASBL.

The Women’s Congress in Brussels is connected with the Congress of Women in Poland — a social forum bringing together people and organisations working for women’s visibility, rights and the integration of women’s communities.
